Today James turned 10! He helped me mix up the cake and we decorated it with Chelsea and Callie. Granny, DaDa, PAPA, Miss Cathy, Aunt Amanda, Chelsea, Callie, Shanon, and Dana were all there to eat dinner and sing Happy Birthday!

Friday, June 12th
Today Amanda and the girls came out to continue our home make-over / clean sweep! We started off by realizing that our table cloth was too small...we managed to break the curtain rod while trying to hang the pictures and it just seemed like everything was going south. I can see why interior decorators charge so much. We will post pictures of the living and dinning area when the curtains are back up! The entry way is basically complete now...Cindy came out just when we thought we had messed up and didn't have enough frames and saved the day by helping us hang pictures and work out our pattern...we used 22 frames! We did a calf roping theme and displayed Jacob's and Shannon's belt buckles on a entry way table top...we hung our favorite roping pictures of them on the wall...and displayed a saddle Shannon won in the corner...it looks good we think!

Swimming Lessons
This week has been a busy one...the boys are all involved in their own events, but we also gave swimming lessons to Callie and Chelsea this week! Amanda and I worked on the living room and before long we should have a few befores and afters to share. It is shaping up to be a very busy, yet productive summer vacation!
